Mix honey, baking soda, and egg in a mixer. Mix well. Add peanut butter. Pour into a 8 inch square pan.
Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes
Grind nuts and cinnamon in blender or food processor. Combine with egg whites. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
